(a) whether the Ministry is aware that the State of Jharkhand has delivered a standout performance and has stood 3rd in the list of States for Ease of Doing Business in the country;
(b) the steps taken by the Ministry to analyse the best practices adopted by Jharkhand and propagate the same across the country;
(c) whether the Ministry is intending to further expand the methodology of the ranking and include more parameters for the evaluation of Ease of Doing Business in future; and
(d) if so, the details thereof regarding the parameters to be included?
